                                          MEMORANDUM

The Problem:

It appears no one in the US has a plan for their new County Assembly to stand up upon
collapse of the Corporate government.

Facts & Assumptions:

A) No one knows which group will take us back to the Republic and away from the
Corporation government.

B) When the announcement in “A” above, what will be the main goals, actions and attention of
the newly formed county assembly the first week?

C) The Military cannot assist the Assembly otherwise Military leadership will be guilty of
Treason.

D) It appears that the competing groups only focused on the competition of taking down the
Corp Government. There was no planning for after the hill is taken.

E) There could be shear panic upon the Announcement due to lack of planning for the event.

IE Goals, Procedures, who, when, where, with what, Membership requirements,
Credentials for recognition by the County government employees, only volunteers and
their coordination, websites, etc.

F) What membership paperwork requirement should be in place?

G) Preacher Hair Problem. Elections will be held after enough(?) members are in and
trained. There may be a 38 year old wanna be with preacher hair wanting the leadership
badly but not really prepared to do the job (Human Nature 101).
This cannot be prevented in an open election, but can it be softened until more trained
members are in after that initial election and the organization is running well? It would be
best if he takes the reigns with a smoothly running system under him – training wheels.

H) A new Assembly with no members cannot be accepted nor respected with only 5 members.

I) What will banks require for opening a bank account to receive funds?

Opening Plan For Discussion:

1) Search Anna Von Ritz’s team for a similar plan for after.

2) Canvas local community groups for Members. Its time.
This includes competing groups.

3) Be aware that anything Founders do can later be made lawful by Ratification.
Therefore, create opening articles, rules and traditions. They can be changed later.

4) Make the main goals Membership, Training, Organizing and
Procedures for contacting the County Government.

5) Plan for an office and paid employees.

6) Put Golden Handcuffs on Founders even if deferred salaries. This allows for organization
construction to continue as the assembly formally opens after announcement.
This insures the successful standing up and is a training ground and crutch/coach
for the newly elected leader.
It causes confusion (when necessary) as to who is leading whom.
When no longer needed it can be dissolved.

7) Create as many Procedures as possible during this time.
