1) Watch this 1 hour Seminar Spotting Personalities In Others.

2) During Member Intake, identify the Cholerics.

3) Contact them and volunteer them for an Immediate Focus Group(s).

4) If they are the first to join the one they want, appoint them the leader.
    Either way, tell them they are free to bring in Ringers.

5) Tell them it will be impossible to reach the goal in one week.

6) Get out of their way!

To Identify a Choleric, ask them to pick their Motto:

1. Do it the Fun Way.

3. Do it the Right way.
