Websites For All States
& Their New Assemblies

       Back to Sample Assembly Procedures

We are writing websites designed for each state to process their new County Assemblies as they raise up.  They can be used the critical first 3 months or forever.

Each county will have their own private space with chat rooms, processing and communications.   We intend to have them in operation the first week of
April 2026.

Website Description From Jim Costa:

Let’s look at the site as an upside down Rocket with stages.

Purpose (Home Page).
(Inactive Stage).

There are about 6 groups vying to restore the Republic. We don’t know which will win.

The website is generic in that the winning group may or may not have paper signing requirements the day after an Announcement that we are back under the Republic Constitution.

It assumes for now the only membership requirements are “English Speaking Registered Voters in a County.”

It assumes the Announcement is always a month away, which means there is no government money available for the Assemblies yet.

Once the Announcement is made, people will no longer be afraid to join and help; there will be a rush to join the Assemblies to control each county and state.

This is the purpose of the website – to begin training future members during the inactive stage of the rocket.

Stage I - Takeoff Stage (First 3 months after Announcement)

This is the Founders Stage

Large numbers of prospective Members need to be processed in.

The Leaders (Cholerics) need to be pushed into the Immediate Focus groups.

Their purpose is to build the organization Structure (Office, Software, legal, Bridge Financing before or after the Announcement, Accounting, hired staff, etc.

Booster Rocket Stage (Same 3 months)
(Communications Stage)

All members learn Focus group operations, What County Committees need to to watched,
How to write Proposals, How to attend electronic meetings, Roberts Rules of order.

Then they are prepared for formal meetings that can be constructive.

Stage II - Hired Founders Stage.

Completion of creating the Organization while learning the County.

Leaders are elected while key Founders are put on payroll for a few months to complete
Raising the organization to insure it thrives before they leave.

Stage III - The Assemblies take control of their Counties.

Website Description from Jason Brittich:

This from the AI tool I'm using.  Review it and let me know what you think we need to add or remove.  This being a much bigger site needs to be planned out well before building it any further to avoid framework architecture issues later.

"The Core Architecture I'm Seeing
The site has two distinct audiences running in parallel: the public (anyone curious, learning, considering joining) and members (registered, county-assigned, role-tiered). These two worlds need clean separation.

User Role Hierarchy (most important decision)

Based on everything you've described, I see five tiers:

Public — anonymous, can read educational content only

Member — registered, honor system, pending approval. Can see county page and forums once approved

County Member — approved member with county assignment. Full county access

County Admin — manages their county's posts, bulletins, members. Cannot touch other counties

Site Admin (you/jasonbee) — full access everything, flips features on/off as stages progress

The Choleric / Community-Approved Leader track sits between County Member and County Admin — peers can nominate someone, a County Admin confirms it. This gives them access to leadership-focused content and Focus Group coordination tools.

Learning Module — this is significant
A progress-tracking learning system is a meaningful feature. Here's what it needs:

Courses made of ordered lessons (PDF, video embed, or rich text)
Per-user progress tracking — which lessons completed, when
A "still to review" prompt on the member dashboard
Eventually, completion of certain courses could be a prerequisite for the Choleric/Leader designation

This is a Payload collection set: Courses, Lessons, UserProgress. It's buildable but needs to be designed in from the start, not added later.

County Admin Role — needs a clean design
Right now we have is Admin (site-wide) and regular members. We need to add countyAdmin properly. A County Admin should be able to:

Post bulletins/blogs to their county
Moderate their county's forum (pin, lock, delete)
Approve new members assigned to their county (or at minimum flag them for site admin) Cannot touch other counties at all

The Full Feature Set — Prioritized
Here's what I think the complete site needs, in build order:
Foundation (already built)

✅ Auth, registration, county assignment, approval workflow
✅ Forum system with 67 county forums
✅ County-gated pages
✅ County posts/blogs

Must fix / complete now

County Admin role (proper, not just isAdmin checkbox)
Learning module collections designed in
Member dashboard showing learning progress + county hub

Stage I prep (build before Announcement)

Learning module with progress tracking
Choleric/Leader nomination and approval flow
County Admin tools (bulletin board, member list for their county)
High-volume registration handling (make sure approval queue is manageable)
Focus Group pages (county-scoped, leader-access only)

Stage II prep

Election/voting mechanism for county offices
Proposal writing and submission system
Committee tracking per county

Nice to have / future

50-state expansion scaffolding (state layer above county)
County-specific subdomains or standalone sites"
