Common Law Courts

County Assemblies With Common Law Courts.

Soon we will see our new County Assemblies activated. When they stand up, we will know we are back to a Republic form of Government and returning to Common Law.

Common Law is where things may get a bit confusing in all of our minds.

There are many forms of law. Two in particular are: Law of the sea and Law of the Land.
The Corporation governments (since 1871) have had us under Law of the Sea. Law of the Land is referred to as Common Law.

This is where things are confusing. Many think your country will be only one or the other. I do not agree with that. We will still rely on Contract law, Agency Law, Corporation Law, Tort Law, etc. If we erase all of those from our world we will set all law back hundreds of years. They all must co-exist and be used when required based on the case, complaint and jurisdiction.

Another unknown confusing situation is in Assemblies not knowing what to expect in the way of Common Law. Most of them assume they will hold Common Law trials and Indictments exclusively.
That may not be what will happen. We will come back to this later.

Pol Pot was the Dictator of Cambodia during our Vietnam war in the 1960s. He decided to commit genocide on a third of his countrymen because they were learned, could read or wore glasses. In doing so he set his country back a hundred years in technology.

Comes now the US Republic to a decision point at repeating Pol Pots insanity. I am talking about the possibility of expelling all Lawyers in the US simply because.

We are told the original 13th Amendment forbade anyone in our country from having a foreign honorary title bestowed on them, such as Duke, “Sir” or “Esquire”. This now brings us to all US Attorneys, that are paid for their work, must belong to the BAR association. Some claim the term BAR stands for British Accredited Registration. Thus they are granted a foreign title, and may be owned, operated and obliged to another country. (this kinda sounds like duel citizenry like many of our Political leaders are, doesn’t it?).

Any way, many feel Lawyers should be expelled from the country on rockets to another planet as punishment for their career choice.

I do not feel this way. I feel they spent years studying the law and then on the last semester found out things weren’t what they studied in Civics class at age 13. But there they were, $200,00 in debt and needing a job to support a family. They didn’t create that problem; they inherited it. This can be said about all of us who raised a family as slave to an unseen system. So maybe we too deserve a rocket ride.

I feel the the American Bar Association will cut a deal with The Military and Trump, for their profession to retrain all their brothers and the public in the ways of Common Law courts. Then we can continue to thrive together.

I also feel that those courts will be held in the normal court buildings. Therefore County Assemblies need not worrying about training “their” Judges to be Judges in a 2 hour seminar. This cannot be done.
It will require craftsmen to teach their craft.

To sum this all up, I feel the Assemblies will be involved with Common Law Courts, but not in their first three months of activity. They must spend their energy in getting organized and prepared to thrive first.
