Strategy For Assembly To Reign In Large Corporations

Re: Strategy Only, Not Procedure
Problem:
How can new County Assemblies reign in large corporations without
destroying our current economic system by destroying those
corporations?
With a new downsized Federal Government, how can one new “David”
County Assembly revamp "Goliath" Corporations that will resist change?
Facts & Assumptions:
A) The US will have 6,000 new U. S. County Assemblies with the Reset of
the Corporate Government.
There may be about five separate groups trying to raise those
Assemblies.
It appears none of them have plans & procedures now to reign in those
corporations that no longer serve the community.
B) New Legal Systems. When County Assemblies stand up we will have
returned to Common Law prior to 1871. However we will retain other
forms of law that we currently use.
We may be creating new areas of law to bridge the two systems as we
will be in a new world and legal systems, which help us predict how
we should act in life and commerce.
C) Corporations are Chartered by states. Historically the state has the
authority to dissolve a corporation if it no longer served the community.
But this right was abandoned decades ago. We now have some
corporations much bigger than the State.
D) Corporations are managed by their Board Of Directors, who oversee
their Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
All states have laws requiring directors to act in the “Best interest of the
Stockholders”.
This assumes maximizing profits.
E) Directors are provided Liability Insurance covering most of their actions.
The directors and most of the corporate officers are exempt from most
criminal actions taken against the public. (Note: This is loosely worded.)
F) County assemblies will soon have sovereignty over their county land and
can assume sovereignty over chartered corporations doing business in
their county.
The assembly will now be sovereign over the State and federal
governments.
Therefore, the Assembly can create laws and Tariffs within their lands.
G) Other County Assemblies are free to imitate, replicate and ratify what
one county does in this nation.
H) Tale of Cowboy Turning Heads.
Every cowboy knows that simply turning a steer’s head can turn his
entire body. Simple as that.
I) Tale of Pol Pot.
Pol Pot was the dictator of Cambodia during our Vietnam War in the
1960s. He believed all their problems were created by educated
people and wanted to return the country back to a rural country only.
During his reign all those who were educated, could read or wore
glasses were murdered. When he finally fled, a quarter of the
population had been genocides, and Cambodia was thrown back
100 years in progress.
J) Train Engineers learned gentle track turns are best.
Long turns are too expensive and sharp turns derail the train.
K) Navies fire shots in front of bows as warnings.
No need for battle if negotiation is possible.
L) We are all Connected now, Cooperating. In the long run, what is good
for the people is good for business. It is a partnership free to be
abandoned.
M) An indictment may be granted praying for relief from certain corporate
products or activity in the county, but not all business operations in the
county. Or relief can be requested to cover all products and activity in
the county.
N) Types of Relief sought might include:
Past Damages; Future Damages; Deposit of funds for future damages;
Tariffs to county; product warning labels; prohibiting certain product
sales in this county; Amending the State Charter to exclude this county
of all corporation activity, and corrective action on products and
services.
O) Caveat for New Technologies:
The advent of new technologies will have immediate and major impacts on the business models of Goliath corporations, deflating their damages to humanity.
These technologies might include Med Beds, Replicators and free energy devices like Zero Energy Resources at Point Needed (ZERP),
and other technologies.
Therefore the need for this Strategy will be less needed but still be
required for County Assemblies.
P) Multiple Actions.
We will be moving into new territory when Assemblies challenge
Corporate Charters.
Consider the Criminal Cause of Action to be Crimes Against Humanity.
Also consider the Civil Cause of Action to be Dangerous Products
Liability.
Q) Multiple Complaintants.
All Complaints are suggested to have multiple complainants, perhaps
ten. This is to show the Respondent it is not one lone nut to be ignored.
The Plan:
1) Create Law exempting corporate officers from some exemptions of
criminality.
2) Convene a De Jure Grand Jury to act on a complaint(s) about specific
acts by a corporation in the county.
3) If Indictment is granted, serve it to County Prosecutor to investigate and
act on it.
4) Serve copy of indictment to the Defendant and open channel to
negotiate a more harmonious outcome for both parties going forward,
terminating the legal problem.
5) If campaign is successful, readily share evidence and working
documents freely with other counties.
6) Never settle with the Assembly signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
Always leave the door open for other counties.
