Coach by telephone, email, online this website, Skype or in person.

​

Show the path before each step is taken.

​

Be mindful of symptoms & moods and advise actions to take to adjust.

​

Assist in bill processing.  (Most will be automatic under Medicare.)

​

Be prepared to call in help from others when needed.

​

Take up the mental and time demands placed on John and Sarah.

​

Can be done after work.

​

Can be done alone or as a team.

​

Coaching program must be approved by John and Sarah.
