Note:  This will be the last module completed.
           It is expected that the major commercial banks will collapse
           early in 2023, making the normal banking relationships
           impossible. 

           

            Banking may have to be done with local investors acting as a 
           commercial bank.  In that case Secured Transactions will have to
           become familiar to both you and them to do business.

        

           Your job may be to locate private investors and teach them how to help you.
